Matchmaking Phase 2 Commando Party!

Phase 1: November 6th

Pre-made groups will be limited to a max of 4 players when playing in random public forums. This is a quick fix to ease the PUG vs PRE issues. We do not consider this a final, nor complete fix to matchmaking.

Phase 2: November 20th

Pre-Made groups will be able to match against other pre-made groups.

Min group size: 4 players
Max group size: 8 players
Class Matching: No
Uneven Teams: Yes

Phase 3: December TBD

What I propose is a Phase 2 party. Specifically, an ALL Commando party!

The 4th Regulan Hussars are a lighter regiment in the lore, using quick strike tactics. As such I think we're well suited to host this silly little party. Don't worry if you don't want to buy a Commando, or just aren't interested. I am extending the invite to the general House. If we have more than eight, then thats great. We'll get a second group started.

• Rules:
  • You must use a Commando, no Jenners or wannabe-light-Cicadas.
  • If you're concerned about your Kill/Death ratio, this isn't the party for you.
  • If you are super worried about adding losses to your Win/Loss ratio, this isn't the party for you either.

Specific dates to be announced. Pending final confirmation of the Nov. 20th date for Phase 2.

Ill give it a try, may not be the best light pilot out there (Commandos, Jenners or Ravens and for that matter Cicadas) but what the hell, sounds fun.

It is now the 20th. As soon as we test the idea out, we can set a day. I'd like it to be this weekend, if they're not jumping to Phase 3 too soon.

The 20th has come and gone and we still don't have Phase 2.

It has been delayed until December 4th. I suggest you start getting your Commandos ready.

Upgrades: Endo Steel, Ferro-Fibrous, Double Heatsinks
Engine: XL 210
Head: Empty, 18 points of armor
Right Arm: Streak SRM2 x2, 16 points of armor
Right Torso: Stream SRM Ammo x2, Double HeatSink, CASE, 14 points front, 10 rear
Center Torso: Streak SRM2, XL Engine, 18 points front, 14 rear
Left Torso: Double HeatSink, 14 points front, 10 rear
Left Arm: Medium Laser, 16 points of armor
Right Leg: 24 points of armor
Left Leg: 24 points of armor
