We were going back and forth in the match till the end. I had only 3 peices of armor left; my right leg, my head and left back torso. A locust could have sneezed on me and I would have gone down! Some how managed to live until the end (demon protected me) and got this massive amount of damage. Kudos to the rest of the lance too for kicking major ass!! Demon 5 kills 700+ damage, orm 500+ damage. Cybers high pings hurt him, but considering it was over 2000+ at times he kicked serious ass too.!!!

I Freakin remember that game!
Our lance was stranded alone at the cap point and we were atacked by 8+ of them.To make things worse they were heavy on ECM which none of us had and i was 2300+ ping.Orm was trying to shoot something with his TAG until he got swarmed by 2-3 spiders and for me it was the night of the teleporting mechs
So i desided to constantly moving around and shoot in the middle of the bunch to actually do something!
Bottomline?
We stomped them and won the game

P.S.After the game JD went to post this to brag and i said guys i`m goin to reset my router cause this is unplayable and when i finished my sentence my pc crashed

Now i think we are goin to have a duel for the best dmg on our hands between Stern and JD!

In fact i have exclusive footage of Stern proposing the duel and JD accepting it!

I have actually done the math, just for kicks and giggles:

- 7 PPC alpha: 233.10 heat (163.10 ghost heat)
- 13 DHS heat capacity (elited out chassi): 65.04
- overheat after alpha: 168.06
- 13 DHS heat dissipation (elited out chassi): 2.78
- time to cool down to 100%: 60.45s
- time to cool down to 0% 83.85s

So on a heat neutral map, after one alpha, you'd have to wait a little over 1 minute to turn on again. Anyone got a link to the overheat damage calculation?
Also, I believe you might be able to shoot twice before you explode if you override shutdown prior to your first alpha

A little under 30 more heat, so ~10.5 extra seconds of cooling down.
