(Complete) TTK TS3 Outage: Database Migration

I am bringing our private TS server down to migrate the database from sqlite to MySQL in preparation for a new system to sync the TS3 ranks with our ranks here on the website automatically. While I am moving all of the data into the MySQL server, I will have the TTK TS3 offline.

I will post here again once it is back up, and downgrade the thread from its Announce status.
