Yeah, I realized our recruits weren't quickly recognizable as such without finding the Recruits group and looking at the list. At first I was thinking it was because the Recruit rank didn't have an image as in Battletech lore, the FWLM rank structure doesn't use a badge or emblem for recruits.

And so the F N G graphic was born, after which I found out why the Recruit rank *text* wasn't showing and decided to leave the image anyway. I was hoping someone would get it.
