MWO Having Issues

After patching my computer for the 7-30 patch I lost the ability to launch MWO on my main PC....

I reinstalled the game twice, changed the install folder, ran the repair tool three times, and then started checking out my HD, did the chkdsk light and thorough, and HD tune thorough and diagnostics tool and SMART checks. No dice.

After two days of testing I determined the most likely cause to be corrupted Windows files due to wonky ISP service during patch times on my PC .... So I have embarked on every computer users favorite pass time .... Re-Installing my OS. I hope to have everything up and going by 8-5 .... but will try to keep you all informed as I go.

I will be putting in some drops on my wife's Laptop... but it sucks so I will also.

And one final thing I will be missing practice on Sunday due to my niece's Birthday in another town.

Bad times for 4th computers!

I seem to have it going... got a, and I do mean A, drop in on Sunday before I had to leave. Though, after I got the widows issue fixed (confirmed that it was a Windows issue by PGI's support email)... Ran into a interesting interference bug.... IF you install Avast BEFORE you install MWO, MWO will not launch until after you disable the hardware virtualization software in Avast.... though once you get MWO running the issue will not happen again.... grrrr.
